Lift-A-Thon
The Millie Moo Foundation & KT3 Fitness Lift-a-thon

The Millie Moo Lift-A-Thon will take place April 11 at 10:00am, at KT3 Port Byron. It will consist of two workout options:
Option 1 - MAX WEIGHT on Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift (3 attempts per lift)
Option 2 - MAX REPS of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 air squats (modifications available) in 15:00
Each athlete will have a donor (or multiple donors) who will pledge money toward their weight or reps. For instance, if an athlete bench presses 100#, squats 200#, and deadlifts 300#, their total weight would be 600#. If the donor pledged:
$1/pound = $600
$.10/pound = $60
$.01/pound = $6
If an athlete chooses to do the other workout and completes 10 rounds in 15:00 (300 reps), the donor pledge would look like:
$1/rep = $300
$.10/rep = $30
$.01/rep = $3
If you sign up as an athlete, you will specify which workout you will be doing: max weight lifts, or max reps. If you are a donor, you will specify how much money/pound (or rep) you would like to pledge, and what athlete you anticipate sponsoring. If you don't have a specific person, we will pair you with an athlete. You DO NOT have to have a sponsor as an athlete, or an athlete as a sponsor as we can match people accordingly. But please do specify if you do have someone you would like to be working with.
The lifters will all go first, followed by the pull up, push up, squat workout. Threre will be food trucks and other small things to occupy time as you wait, or if you'd just like to come watch there is plenty of room for spectators.
All of the money raised will go to The Millie Moo Foundation.

Millie Moo Pump and Run
CrossFit Millstone is teaming up with the Millie Moo Foundation on April 25th for the Millie Moo Pump & Run 5K or Mile!
When cancer hits a family, the tough choices pile up. The Millie Moo Foundation steps in to ease the burden, offering financial help with housing, food, and more – so families can focus on hope and healing.
REGISTER by April 8th for $40 (per person), includes event T-shirt, all proceeds to Millie Moo Foundation.
THE CHALLENGE:
-Teams of 3
- 5K Option: 1-mile run + workouts (WODs) (4 rounds)
- 1-Mile Option: 400m run + WODs (4 rounds) - WODs with modifications for all levels! Check the details below.
WODs:
1. WOD 1: - 9 Rounds of 22 Wall-Ball Shots + 22 Box Jump Overs + partners squat hold
2. WOD 2: 2,025m Row (plank hold for non-working partner)
3. WOD 3: -4 Rounds of 17 Synchro Burpees + 20 Bench Press + 25 Cals Echo Bike + hollow hold
4. WOD 4: -5 Rounds of 50 Walking Lunges + 50 Sit-Ups + 50 Goblet Squats + pull-up bar hang
ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Each workout will have different modifications for anyone to do!
