Millie Moo Pump and Run
CrossFit Millstone is teaming up with the Millie Moo Foundation on April 25th for the Millie Moo Pump & Run 5K or Mile!
When cancer hits a family, the tough choices pile up. The Millie Moo Foundation steps in to ease the burden, offering financial help with housing, food, and more – so families can focus on hope and healing.
REGISTER by April 8th for $40 (per person), includes event T-shirt, all proceeds to Millie Moo Foundation.
THE CHALLENGE:
-Teams of 3
- 5K Option: 1-mile run + workouts (WODs) (4 rounds)
- 1-Mile Option: 400m run + WODs (4 rounds) - WODs with modifications for all levels! Check the details below.
WODs:
1. WOD 1: - 9 Rounds of 22 Wall-Ball Shots + 22 Box Jump Overs + partners squat hold
2. WOD 2: 2,025m Row (plank hold for non-working partner)
3. WOD 3: -4 Rounds of 17 Synchro Burpees + 20 Bench Press + 25 Cals Echo Bike + hollow hold
4. WOD 4: -5 Rounds of 50 Walking Lunges + 50 Sit-Ups + 50 Goblet Squats + pull-up bar hang
