The Coy Family

Jackson Coy was just a baby when doctors discovered a golf-ball-sized tumor on his brain and he was diagnosed with ATRT, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. He has endured chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and countless hospital visits — yet his spirit has stayed incredibly strong. Recently, Jack celebrated a clear MRI scan, a fantastic milestone.

The Millie Moo Foundation was able to provide Jack’s family with financial assistance for food and gas, easing the burden of their frequent trips to and from the hospital and various doctors appointments. Your generosity brings real comfort and hope to families walking through the hardest chapters of their lives.

Words From Jack’s Mom:

Q: If you could share one message with Millie’s family or with future families who might receive help, what would it be?

A: “Oh gosh. This is a tough one to answer. When we started our cancer journey with our son Jack, we were graced with so much love, support, and many donations. We have been forever thankful for all of it. Due to COVID, many of the foundations shut down and we never got to celebrate Jack's milestones — and now that many foundations are up and running again, he doesn’t qualify, which we 100% understand. The last year has been a struggle for our family, so to have a foundation that offers support years after our journey began means the world to us. We are forever grateful for this help! Sweet Millie’s picture is hanging on our refrigerator next to all of our kids and their accomplishments. Sending hugs, prayers, and love to all of you. Thank you for the help! Love, The Coys.”
