Bennett Browning

The Browning Family

Bennett was born in 2020 with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect that required open-heart surgery during his first year of life. From the very beginning, his family has been no stranger to hospital stays, therapies, long drives, and making sacrifices to ensure Bennett had everything he needed to thrive. And thrive he did—loving preschool, playing outside, and spending time with his little brother.

In December 2024, their world changed when Bennett was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Because of his Down syndrome, Bennett faces higher risks during a rigorous 12-month chemotherapy treatment, resulting in extended inpatient stays—including time spent in the hospital over Christmas and his 5th birthday.

With one parent already staying home to care for Bennett and his needs, the financial strain grew even heavy during treatment. Despite the challenges, this family continues to push forward with incredible strength and resilience, doing everything they can to care for their boys.

During this incredibly demanding season, the Millie Moo Foundation was honored to help Bennett’s family by covering a critical winter expense: filling their home’s LP tank to keep them warm while their focus remained where it belongs—on Bennett and his care.
